in securing $40 million in federal
funds for the purpose of building ocean-going vessels
that can carry high-value, time-sensitive
cargo, as well as the construction of a new marine terminal

a new water resources bill was being written, DMGA helped
protect the rights of PBWA to withdraw
spring water from approved locations. Working with the

we modified the bill so that withdrawal authority was

thrive in an environment of sensible and workable
regulation.

$100 million in Department of Energy
funding for a first in the nation coal-to-oil project.
DMGA also helped them secure a federal loan

are accurate and up to the minute.

disproportionately impacted financially by a change in
the formula governing Medicare and Medicaid

arthritis summer camp.
