Lou Crocco, Esq. is the Director of DMGS’s Johnstown office.
Experience
Lou is the former Executive Director to the Republican Policy Committee of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. In that position, Lou served as a principal liaison to the House Leadership and was responsible for the development of numerous legislative initiatives. He also served in a liaison capacity between the Republican Policy Chairman and rank and file members. Lou has 10 years of experience as a legislative staffer in Harrisburg both as a leadership staffer and a standing committee staffer for the House Republican Caucus.
Education
Lou earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Saint Francis College. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law. Lou is admitted to the Pennsylvania and Maryland Bar.
Lou has more than 7 years of experience as a lobbyist-consultant and advises clients on environmental, energy and business development issues. Lou resides in Western Pennsylvania in the heart of the Marcellus Shale Play.
