Kimberly E. Hileman
Senior Government Affairs Manager

Kim joined GSP, a predecessor to DMGS, in 2006. As a Federal and Pennsylvania Government Affairs Manager, Kim is responsible for developing and implementing governmental strategies for the firm's federal and state clients. During her career, Kim has successfully written hundreds of federal and state grants for clients through programs including the U.S. Department of Justice's COPS grant program, the U.S. Federal Firefighter Task Force grants, and others. Before joining GSP, Kim worked in various legislative positions in the Washington D.C. office of a U.S. Congressman.
Experience
Kim's experience includes the following:
Appropriations Legislative Assistant to Representative Mike Doyle, U.S. House of Representatives, Washington D.C.
- Organized and submitted all local appropriation requests on behalf of the Congressman
- Created, managed and drove the Legislative Agenda of the Congressman including briefing the Congressman and writing constituent correspondence
- Responsible for several legislative issues, such as veterans affairs, judiciary issues, immigration, and government reform
- Researched, developed, and wrote original responses to constituent mail on behalf of the Congressman
- Managed office mail system by reviewing, sorting, and routing all incoming constituent correspondence using in-house electronic database
- Collaborated with the Congressman on special projects on demand
- Conducted personal tours of the U.S. Capitol for guests of the Congressman
Education/Affiliations
Kim received a B.S. in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Kim is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as well as the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA).
